The challenge
IFS unleashed is a global event, where cloud industry heavyweights go to hear the latest updates from one of the world's leading enterprise software creators. Arcwide is the first IFS-only implementation provider, created only 6 months before the event, and was a Diamond sponsor - the most prestigious sponsorship available. So, Arcwide needed to be seen and heard at every opportunity.
The approach
We took over the physical and virtual space throughout the event. Think geo-targeted advertisements, paid social, organic live posting, creative takeovers and more.
The creative
Arcwide came to life at IFS Unleashed, and the brand was unmissable. The bright pink branding made its way onto the main stages, on pedicabs throughout Miami, and all over the world in the form of branded tote bags filled with goodies. We also hired a local artist to create a mural at the event, where attendees shared inspirational words.
The outcome
The Arcwide team was delighted with the results, and we welcomed hundreds of strong leads in addition to the ongoing brand awareness. Online, we received over 2 million impressions, alongside 130 live organic posts, a 4.10% engagement rate and 22% click-through rate.
